CrossFit Fundraiser for the Navy SEAL Foundation – "31 Heroes"

The 31st Hero was a military working dog

Tomorrow, September 3rd, my gym along with many other CrossFit gyms across the country will be participating in a fundraiser for the Navy SEAL Foundation in honor of the 30 soldiers that were killed on August 6, 2011 in a helicopter crash. 
Please show your support by coming to CrossFit Santa Barbara tomorrow from 10am-12pm to take part in a 31 minute workout in a tribute to those fallen warriors! Donations are greatly appreciated.

AMRAP 31 Min (As Many Reps As Possible)
8 Thrusters (155/105)
6 Rope Climbs (15 ft. ascent)
11 Box Jumps (30″/24″)

This is a Partner WOD (Workout of the Day) – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a sandbag (45/25lbs). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
Score – Total # of reps
**CrossFit Santa Barbara will be scaling and adjusting exercises so that anyone can do it.
